The Activities Committee advises and assists the Board of Directors in developing policies relating to Potomac Ridge’s activity programs for residents. The committee provides recreational, social, cultural and educational programs.
The Budget and Finance Committee advises and assists the Board of Directors in developing policy related to the management, investment and use of the Association’s financial assets.
The Building Facilities Committee advises and assists the Board of Directors In developing policy related to the maintenance, preservation and enhancement of the Association’s physical assets.
The Communications Committee advises, assists, and supports the Board of Directors in establishing and maintaining effective and proper dissemination of information to unit owners, residents, and prospective owners in a timely manner. The principal tools for performing these responsibilities are the newsletter and the web site.
The Covenants Committee ensures that the condominium shall always be maintained in a manner that provides for visual harmony and soundness of repair: deters activities deleterious to the aesthetic or property values of the condominium; advances the comfort of the unit owners, their guests and tenants; and promotes the general welfare and safety of the condominium community.
The Replacement Reserves Committee works closely with the building manager to advise and assist the Board of Directors in developing policy relating to the determination, management, protection, and implementation of the Association’s Replacement Reserve assets.
