Advises and assists Board of Directors in developing policies relating to activity programs.
Advises and assists Board of Directors in developing policies relating to the management, investment and use of the Association financial assets.

Ensures that the condominium shall always be maintained in a manner that provides for visual harmony and soundness of repair.
Advises, assists and supports the Board of Directors in establishing and maintaining effective and proper dissemination of information to unit owners, residents and prospective owners in a timely manner.
Advises and assists Board of Directors in carrying out the nomination and election process.
Works closely with the building manager to advise and assist the Board of Directors in developing policy relating to the determination, management, protection and implementation of the Association’s Replacement Reserve assets.
